Beer used: Great Lakes Brewery – Canuck Pale Ale. Requires: Smoker, Knife, Cutting board, Oven, Frying Pan and Microwave. Ingredients required: Blade “Chuck” roast between, steak spice, 2 green peppers, 3-5 onions, sausage buns, butter, Cheez Whiz.
